The WineryThe JURIS Winery owns and cultivates 17 ha of vineyards. Red wine varieties make up 80% of our vines, white wine varieties comprise 15%, and 5% of our vineyards are specially cultivated for sweet wine production. The main varieties among our black grapes are St. Laurent and Pinot Noir. Our white grapes are dominated by Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Rounding out the grape varieties are Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Merlot,
and Cabernet Sauvignon that are produced either as varietals or in blends
like St. Georg, Ina’mera, and Wolfsjäger. |
