Reserve
These wines are source from old vines with a minimum age of 15 years. The ratio between roots and aerial parts of the vine changes after youth in favor of the roots. The fruit receives more nutrients from the soil and the wines from older vines are more concentrated and posses more character.
These wines profit from longer maturation in small oak barrels, alsocalled barrique. After 18-24 months the wines are bottled.
